Belma just obtained her master degree in Applied Biotechnology at Uppsala University, Sweden. After she was rewarded with IPK scholarship, she spent two years in Sweden, at one of the best universities in Europe as well as in the world. For the last year of her studies, Belma was a part of one of the leading research groups in computational biology and chemistry. It is here where she worked on two projects that are about to be published in journals with high impact factor.
Belma is now back in her motherland in the search for the next opportunity. Being abroad has provided her with new insights on how to conduct projects and do research along with other valuable knowledge. She believes that hard work always pays off and that she would rather work hard in Bosnia and Herzegovina than elsewhere. At the moment she is trying to start a project that she believes might change the way our pharma industries operate.
