Johan Lindblom is a driven leader and CEO of Softhouse Smaland in Sweden. He is passionate about leadership and team development and has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years with roles such as Program Manager for very large projects (+1000persons), unit manager and Head of Program Office.

Johan is certified in DiSC, TeamBook and MeeBook, which are used in Softhouse leadership courses. He is also a mentor, adviser and coach for several persons and companies in agile development and methodology as they are the foundation that is incorporated in Softhouse DNA and take an essential place in the culture.

And finally, we will take a macro look at how to use diversity to tackle some of the most interesting world's challenges.
