Maja Jovičić is the Communications Manager at WaySeven Technologies, but she started her career with a mix of law, marketing and entrepreneurship. She serves as Chief Marketing Officer of COD Technologies, a Swiss startup based in Paris, and she dedicates whatever free time she has left to creating and running projects that help educate and grow the entrepreneurial community in her home town of Banja Luka. Maja has lived in the USA, Switzerland, Belgium, Serbia and Greece, and she’s happy to tell you all about it!

How does exposure to different contexts and mentalities help our problem-solving abilities? Our next Leaders Tribe will dive into these questions and take you on a journey of understanding how diversity drives innovation and success. We will discuss diversity in teams and why it matters to fully understand our business personalities. We will look into how diverse experiences shape us into open-minded and innovative individuals - something to inspire us to continuously improve and work on ourselves. And finally, we will take a macro look at how to use diversity to tackle some of the most interesting world's challenges.
